Get Stronger, Leaner, More Muscular Using ANY Tool Here:

Get Strong as An Ox Using “Just” Kettlebells

“Kettlebells aren’t strength training…” 😂😂😂

Apparently, if you don’t use a barbell, you’re not really getting strong. 🙄

But is that actually true?

In this video, I explain why **strength training isn’t about the tool you use. It’s about how you use it.**

Strength comes in different forms, and each requires the right approach, training parameters, and application to the task at hand.

When I was a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Rutgers University, I learned this lesson firsthand with a wrestler who could squat over three times his bodyweight but struggled to translate that strength onto the mat. By changing his training, we helped him turn that strength into better wrestling performance.

So, are kettlebells *really* strength training? And how strong could you get if you could Clean & Press a pair of 48 kg kettlebells for 10 reps?

Let's put the tool debate to rest.

**In this video, you'll learn:**

- Why strength training isn't limited to barbells.

- The different expressions of strength and why they matter.

- Why getting stronger in the gym doesn't always translate to better real-world performance.

- How the right training can help you apply your strength to the task at hand.

- Why the tool matters less than how you use it.

You can get stronger with kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, machines, or even rocks. The goal is to build strength that actually serves you.

And if you're a man over 40 who wants to get stronger but needs a program that fits your life, I've included a link to a program designed specifically for you.

Want to see how strong you can get using *only* kettlebells? I've also included a link to one of my customers' favorite kettlebell programs.

**Stay Strong,**

Geoff Neupert.
