Assuming you're “solid” in your Swing and your Clean + Press and you want to learn the Snatch, use this program here.

It comes with video instructions on 4 different “styles” of Snatch.

See which one feels right for you.

P.P.S. If you haven’t focused on the Clean + Press, start with the single kettlebell version here. 👉 https://salutis.kartra.com/page/oggiant

Most men over 40 don't just lose strength as they age.

They lose **POWER.**

The ability to accelerate.

React quickly.

Move explosively.

And keep doing the physical things that make life worth living.

In this video, I explain why I believe every man over 40 who is physically able should learn how to perform the **Kettlebell Snatch**.

I'll cover:

- Why muscle power declines with age, and why it matters more than you might think

- The difference between being strong and being able to use that strength quickly

- Why the Kettlebell Snatch builds on the foundation of the Swing

- What the Snatch demands from your speed, coordination, timing, and overhead control

- Why learning challenging movements can help keep your brain and nervous system engaged

- What to do if your shoulders aren't ready for Snatches yet

- How to progress from Swings to Cleans, High Pulls, and eventually the Snatch

You don't need to force an exercise your body isn't ready for.

You need to preserve your ability to produce power, move well, and handle physical challenges as you get older.

Start light. Learn the technique. Build gradually.

Because the goal isn't just to be strong for your age.

It's to be the guy who's 70, 75, or 80 and still hiking, carrying his own luggage, getting down on the floor, and playing with his grandkids.

Still capable. Still explosive. Still learning.

**Getting older is inevitable. Moving old? That's something worth fighting.**

Stay Strong,

Geoff Neupert.
